the lack of a career mode just kills it for me. this game gets pretty darn boring fast if you just stick to single races, at least that was the case for me. the driving challenges are nearly impossible to beat, especially those where you have to overtake your opponents. since there is no career mode, i don't get excited when i finish a race. it's not like you are ever going to unlock anything. it's just, "oh, ok, i beat them, so what's next?"

another minor problem is the battery usage i havent managed to get it 2 last over 1hr 30min so when i try to do longer endurance type races the battery runs out b4 i reach the end. plus no pit stops so...

My battery goes okay, though it's a fat. I wouldn't expect a slim to last as long.
The crappy money for endurances really does suck. In fact, the whole money system sucks.

though i don't myself consider this a negative feature, nobody has yet mentioned an 'issue' with not being able to sell cars from their collections..

I think it's because there's no real reason to. You never "need" money, like to do events and stuff. You buy cars for the sake of owning them, why would you sell them?

All you need to do is do a challenge or two and you have another million dollars and another kick ass car.

as regards to the battery i have a PSP 2000 and the battery really does do fast.
As for selling cars there really is no point you don't recieve enough money from selling them on other games and considering you can get 150,000 from 2 laps of the test course or 1 of the Nurburgring it would be much easier to get money that way. plus if you sold cars you wouldn't get a sense of sucsess when you own every car in the entire game.

Who actually wants every car in the game? Most of them are boring, and there are so many 3,000,000 Cr. race cars that are just stupidly expensive, and not worth lapping Test Course 350 times.

Yeah, what I do is get every car that I want, and drive them all as well. But that's like ~100. I'm not going for them all.

there's really no point to owning a fast or a slow car. you'll always going to be setup with opponents that are equal to you.

That's why I don't buy racing cars. The only point in getting a faster car is they're more fun. Sure racing cars are more fun, but they're so expensive I can't justify it
