	I agree that even a severely immature Bankai from Kenpachi would be so much more devistating than the way he is without it period. Just knowing his zanpakutos name and talking to it period would probably raise the power of his shikai form alone much less in bankai mode.... Didn't Zangetsu pretty much explain to Ichigo that because Kenpachi lacks the knowledge of his Zanpakutos name much less it's own power, that their two collective powers, instead of combining forces, repell eachother and do not work as a team, therefore Kenpachi is actually weaker as time goes by or something like that? So, even in Shikai mode, just knowing his swords name and understanding how to combine their powers would make his shikai mode all the stronger. So an immature bankai would still rip some shit up.... But, in any case, I do not seriously think he would destroy Aizen, he may come close, might be able to beat him, but I would not be surprised if Aizen still beat him down. I'm well aware of that which is why I wasn't like "no Aizen will kick his ass yeahyeahz" and why I only said that it would be an interesting fight.
