	I managed to get Jamie Day, Nick Hegarty, Simon Spender, Dale Tonge down to the BSN. So try them. Best bit of advice I can give, is keep checking transfer listed players and bid £0 for them. That's how I got Jamie Day and he was far too good for that league. -------------------

	Really need help asap, this is my team: Spoiler: Team Yes I know, all recognisable players Any formations/tactics anyone can recommend for BSP? 21 games and my top scorer is a midfielder with 5 goals Just brought in Aiteoukarim and Fairhurst, no idea if they'll be any good, just searched for highest finishing due to my lacklusture strike force

	I'd like to have a winning tactic for you Redgy, but I played two seasons in the BSP with a really wide, down both flanks, quick, direct passing tactic 4-4-2 and ended 6th twice. Then I changed to a 4-4-2, slow passing, really creative, slow-ish and I ended 4th. So I guess it really depends on the personnel, my advice just try and loan a GK, DC, CM, ST. That'll make the core of your team strong. -------------------

	Thats the way I usually play with any team I manage, attacking, short passing out wide, closing down all over the pitch and quick play. Doesn't seem to be working in this division despite the quality of my side compared to last. Last game I won 3-0 against Oxford, used Elvins as a target man, slowed down the pace of the game and used long ball, hopefully this will pull me out of the rutt!

	I had the same trouble at Macclesfield in my 3rd season, I literally had 11 players and my wage budget was maxed out. Just gotta try and max out the loan system, or resign and apply for League One jobs, worked for me! -------------------

	I always had a good wage budget. I could only offer £700 p/w and it was all good. Got promoted again guys! Finished 5th in the league and beat Wrexham 3-2 on aggregate. Beat Woking in the final 2-2 (4-3 on penalties). It was a mad play-off final aswell. I was 3-1 down and had to score my pen to keep myself in it! Anyway, been promoted and can offer 1.2k p/w now. Ive signed Marcin Beben; Stephen Ettien; Marcus Bean; Nicky Travis; Vincent Richetin; Matthew Duffy and have loaned Aaron Doran for the season. I'm predicted to finish rock bottom but I'm aiming for a play-off finish. 	Finished 9th in my first season in the BSP. Got offered the Marine job who just got promoted to BSN Overhauling half the squad, 14 or so players have left, only brought one in on loan from my feeder club Q.P.R. Squad harmoney is at an all low, offered contracts to 8 or so freebies, got 40k to spend as well, hopefully push for play-offs, seems thats the only way I can get promoted on FM09

	not a cat i hell chance i would have accepted. They had no players in the squad and around 3k wage budget! Got around 7k with braintree. Hopefully win something this season
