My hard drive was wipped clean and I reinstalled ghost recon.But now I cant login.It says invalid pass word or invalid name and they are the same I always used.If I try to open a new account it says there is already a account with that email address.What is the problem?

Now I try to set up new account ,change every thing and when completed it says e-mail address cant contain more than 30 characters.
