1st of all, find out what the reviewers like. A lot of people don't like that kind og gameplay and always saw rental. A lot of'em said so about Haunting Ground, which is my all time fave game and was worth every cent.
If you like the idea of having to runaway and hide from enemies, not being able to fight them of and you have the patience for long and hard-as-hell boss battles then definely buy it.
