	Didn't think I'd need to post again but here I go. I need help with trying to get the 100 bills passed ending. I'm pretty sure I've forcefully passed 100+ (I lost track how many) Raise Military Funds bills. Nothing is happening. Do I need to complete the game normally after? Do I need to be at a certain chapter? I'm currently in the first chapter.
