how to get divine majin?i only got till tera majin

You have to keep leveling them up is all.

Any lower tier Majin that hits level 500+ will unlock the Divine Majin tier.

It's luck mostly dood. One surefire way of getting a cosmic blade is to get to the 100th floor of a legendary Amano-Hahkiri (Rank 38 sword). You can simply use a gency's exit on the 99th floor, and keep skipping that floor and going to the 100th floor, reloading your save each time, until a legendary Cosmic Blade appears.

Or you can just hope it is equipped, or in the bonus gauge, in the item world. I think around the 11th floor and beyond of a rank 38 item (and above) will give you a chance of it appearing in either the enemy's inventory, or as a bonus.

Some people find them more easily than others, doing it that way, it's largely luck.
