playing as newcastle on the demo at the moment enjoying it. Haris Vuckic has been wanted by loads of teams such as man u , chelsea etc.
I won first league game against west brom 3-2 thanks to goals from Carrol-2 and Vieri. anyone else playing as them post here transfers, matches etc P.S will have transfers up soon.  just won second game against reading thanks to an Alan Smith goal and I recommend anyone playing as Newcastle to get Vieri on a free fantastic player for championship. You get a huge transfer budget of £0.

iam newcastle , also have arsneal intrested in vuikic so far signed marlon harawood, jack wilshere, joe mattock and dan gosling on loan , hard working with no transfer budget but im quite happy with the loan system, even had players like nicky shorey , denlison have loan bids accepted from the clubs but players rejected lol , so on a shoestring you still can inprove the squad

So far I've signed Smolarek on a free (been banging them in pre-season
), Sol Campbell - decent cover, Vieri- looks like he could do a decent job, then Richie De Laet and Vladimir Weiss on loan.Missed out on both Gosling and Wilshere though  . ------------------- | |

I'm currently playing as Newcastle at the minute and also signed Smolarek on a free, although both Carroll and Ameboi are keeping him out of the team at the moment.
Ameobi - 6 goals in 7 games, Carroll - 3 in 7 Have Carroll as my Target Man, he is awesome in that position. Play a Direct game, down the wings since both good at heading Just knocked fulham out of the League Cup 2-0 Newcastle seem to be quite easy atm in the CCC | |

Carroll and Ameobi are doing very well for me.
Carroll will definitely be in my prem side but not sure if ameobi will cut it as per usual. | |

I've only signed two players, both on a free:
Ebi Smolarek: Provides the perfect foil for all the tall timber already at the club. Ivan Campo: An experienced campaigner, he adds much needed backup to an already woefully thin backline. Also snared Vladimir Weiss, a 19 year old AMRC from Manchester City, on a season long loan for nothing, so he adds some class and pads out my squad some more. Other than that, haven't strengthened any further. -------------------  | |
