re: Journal - Seung2

Tried 2 plates on bench again this Monday. It felt like cake but I couldn't squeeze out another one.

11/17/08
Flat Bench 45x10, 135x10, 185x6, 205x3, 225x1, 235=fail, 205x1 these numbers suck compared to MikiB
Incline Bench 135x8, 185x1, 155x7
Incline DB Bench 35'sx10, 55'sx10, 65'sx7, 75'sx5
Decline Bench (first time in a very long time) 135x10, 175x6, 155x10

Also did tricep work but cant remember the numbers.

11/18/08

Incline DB curls 20x10, 25x10, 35x10, 40x10
Chin Ups BWx6, BW+50x6, BW+60x3
Did others stuff to but don't know the numbers.

Back and Lats as well, no numbers. I would probably remember them if I posted often.

My numbers have been increasing quite a bit since starting again in the last week of August. I've also put on about 10 pounds since starting again. Not much but I'm liking it for right now.

lol don't compare yourself to me, I have a barrel chest, a massive arch and a chest that grows without ever touching an isolation exercise.

though you should strive to be better than me, I know I strive to be better than everyone else.

re: Journal - Seung2

Miki makes everyone around here feel week.

My only solace for bench is that he has been training longer, probably has shorter arms than me, has a chest, and knows how to arch hahaha.

I'd be happy if I could hit his inclines in 1.5-2 years.

re: Journal - Seung2

Uh so the last time I worked out was January 14 or so. That week I was able to bench about 235 or so. I weighed about 160 at 5'7.5 height. I stopped working out because two days later I had an accident (rather not say what, not gym related though). Anyway I broke my left arm and I was stuck in a brace for six months and I am finally able to work out again. But my doctor says I can only lift 25 pounds with my left arm for about two months so that sets me back.

I lost 10 pounds (muscle more than likely) or so but grew an inch. So I'm underweight now.

My goal is to return to my pre-break strength and size by this time next year. In the time that I can lift very low I'll mostly work on getting toned I guess, then when I can grab some heavier stuff I'll be packing on my weight.
