Hint: if you look around in the mercenaries game files, you'll find the mechpak! look inside, and you find the mechs!!! in theory you could hack this, but it might be risky. i suspect the "mech pak" of simply being a software key.
Note: proof of this exists if you fight for awhile on solaris. in some battles, you will find yourself facing cauldron-born mechs, timberwolf mechs, and a slough of other "mech pak" mechs. it is annoying that fasa pulled a rip off like this.  | |
