You can also get one from Metal King Slimes. They drop it as a common item, so it shouldn't be too hard to get one. But they only thing is that they run away fast.

You get another one in Tyrun Gully too if I am not mistaken. It's like right next to the book shelf that gives the recipe for the Liquid Sword I believe.

Haha it is, even though I still had mine from earlier I though it was cool they put it there for those who may of sold it early on.

 You could say that I was one of the early Slime Crown sellers. I didn't know the purpose of it, so I did. But then I got another one, and now I have the Liquid Metal Sword. -------------------

Slime kings drop slime crowns, the best chance of that happening is if they've fused but they probably won't, they'll run.
