The Zodiac Spear is the best weapon in the game. But topic is "favorite" weapons. So, what's your favorite weapon?

I allready said my favourite weapon was the Excallibar sword because it's my only decent sword.

i dont get why anyone would say the Zodiac Spear, ya ya its god like strong (even more so when you get it at 45 early in the game like i did) but the thing looks like crap if you ask me.

my fav weap is the Defender.(i just started on the hunts and stuff now so outside the Zodiac spear that i went out of my way to get i dont have "best weapons" yet) i plan to start hunting the bigger weapons soon so ill post my latter agian maybe^^.

My fav. weapons are of course the Zodiac Spear (Got it quite late in the game, since I fought through the Necrohole of Nabudis) and The Deathbringer, which I got rather early in the game since I'd have quite trouble with fighting some bosses after Mt. O...(You know.. )

Had 3 Deathbringers and grinding, going ahead in the story + bosses was VERY easy actually.

The tournesol is my favourite. Wyrmhero blade is my second favourite and would be winner by miles if it wasn't for its long charge time.

My favorites are: Saggitarius, Excalibur, and the Tournesol (now that I have it)

Oh & I like Ragnarok

I'm a big fan pf the whole Pole catagory, Whale Whisker being the best but several of them look good to me.

From an aesthetical point of view I like the Z Spear. It is a simple and clean design. I dislike weapons like the Ultima Blade. I mean common, whats the thing weigh, 50 pounds +? Sure FF games are full of 'silly' looking weapons but I don't like em.

Since I first got/seen/used the Excalibur, it's been my favorite weapon. I like the sword inside of a sword kinda look it has. The goldish part of the blade basically looks like a smaller sword. Plus I did get Basch to hit a 15 hit combo of 9999 on Hell Wyrm with it^_^

Ahem. I am getting off the subject for weapons for FFXII. My all time favorite is the Buster Sword

My Favorite Weapons:
1. Masamune
2. Yagyu Darkblade
3. Perseus Bow
4. Stone Blade
5. Ultima Blade

Dislike Weapons etc:
1. All Guns
2. All Hammers
3. All Axes
4. All Staffs
5. All Measures

First - A team of 3 Yagyus battling an enemy who is weak to dark (i.e.Yiaz) is great to watch...the way the blades look as they're being wielded is pretty badass

Second - Masamune with Gengi...love the combos

Third - The Wyrmhero...The buffs are great and the evade status is rediculous...not to mention the sense of accomplishment I felt when I finally got it for the first time...GOD BLESS FFXII

My favorite blades are the deathbringers and tournesol, my favorite guns are the formhaults and my favorite bow is the sagitarious, or something of the sort.

I kinda like the Tournesol and Exaclibur the most.

That said Fran looks really sexy when using the Saggitarius. XD
