Cerobi Steppe with the diamond armlet.

I got the armlet.Got the ensanguined shield.
Is there a map/list showing where the chests are suppose to spawn and what are the best items they can carry with the armlet? Yes I know about the ribbon but I need to know what else is there.

re: Cerobi Steppe with the diamond armlet.

Forget the "northsward" area, it's nothing imortant to get there. The main area is "Crossfield". You can get Ribbon, Dark Shot, Icecloud Arrows, Venetian Shield, Megalixir, Fomalhaut, and.. Well, think that's the best stuff.
The Windslicer Shot is next to the rock (old elanise road),
close to the zone line.
South Liavell Hills got Mud Shot, Wyrmfire Shot (no DA),
and Stone Shot... Lots of good stuff!
There is a good Megalixir chest in "the terraced bank" without the DA, think it's third chest from north to south.

Good luck.

re: Cerobi Steppe with the diamond armlet.

I think I have all ths shots already....

I saw on the FF12 MAPS one chest has sap arrows...which I don't have and don't recall seeing any other way to attain those. Are they any good ?

Other than that I guess the only thing I will want/need is are ribbons.

Thanks for your help.

Are they sap arrows? I thought they were Sap bolts for the crossbow in Cerobbi step.

True they might be sap bolts..I will have to check.
Are they worth getting ?
The grand bolts only do about 2000 damage which while ok isn't great..I suppose that's the most damage any bolt can do.

re: Cerobi Steppe with the diamond armlet.

What affects the damage the crossbow can do? Like speed can increase the power of daggers?

Seems pointless as a ranged weapon as everyon would have formalhauts by the time of Cerobbi Step?

re: Cerobi Steppe with the diamond armlet.

I like to try different weapons to gauge their effectiveness.
I have formahaults but I am not enamored of them either...still I went out and got the various types of shots in case I might need them in a specific battle.
Same with the Saggitarius.

I still wonder though if there might be some arrows/bolts/shots that the faq writers might have overlooked/misssed because they require rare /hard to find/hard to get to drop ingredients to make.

As for how much damage is caused that seems to depend on the vulnerability the creature you are using it against has; is it weak to fire/water, ice, air, the strength of the bow/gun, and of course whatever magic the arrow/shot has, mud shot for example. That's my guess.
