Any advise how to get HIGH ARCANA in the easiest way?

I believe there is something you can buy that will allow fiends to drop Arcana and then you can use that Arcana with a couple other things to turn it into High Arcana (selling in the Bazaar). Check the Bazaar faq in the FAQ's/Guides section.

Steal from an esper. I don't think you need the canopic jar. (only for the rare games drop)

And if you've already obtained all the espers, get the Canopic Jar and go smash up rare game.

Chain Dustia. It's an instant kill with Phoenix Down or Raise.

I think Etherian is the easiest if you can get into the Cerobi Steppe where he is. You don't have to escape over a zone line in a perfect way to get him to reappear, and there are no other enemies to deal with in the area once you've cleared them out.

If my memory suits me well you only need to get 3 high arcana to get Tournesol. Therefore, you would probably get 2 high arcana from montblanc if you were doing hunts/getting espers (I don't remember what he gives the high arcana for, I believe it to be a rank) Then just steal from an esper for a high arcana. That way you don't have to blow 250000 gil on a canopic jar to get the tournesol that cost 600000 gil as it is so you don't need any more expenses.

WOW, did you know? You can get a serprntarius and an empyreal from the bazaar with just one High Arcana. Just sell all Serpentarius ingrediants EXCEPT High Arcana then sell all Empyreal Soul ingrediants EXCEPT High Arcana; then sell ONE High Arcana and both Serpentarius and Empyreal Soul will be in the Bazaar.

This tactic works with may bazaar items.

True, true. I was just adressing the issue of High Arcanas in as simple and fool proof way as I could writh out so as to not confuse people who are not familiar with the bazaar.

You need 6 actually. 3 for the serpentarius, and 3 for the empyreal souls.
Although that could be wittled down if you use the empyreal soul you get from montblanc, and the serpentarius' you get from stealing from zodiark and from as a reward from montblanc. that's still only 4 though, and you may want to use tournesol for Zodiark, whom you need to battle to get both of the free serpentarius'.
Plus High Arcarnae can be used elixers and mega elixers.

Precisely, if you sell them in the right way. indeed you could get by with 2 if you get the serpentarius' and empyreal soul from montblanc.
And he gives you one high arcana anyway, and for one of the hunts you nare given a soul of thamasa, so you need never kill any oversouls.
