I bought FF XII on the October release date (love getting them when they first come out) and just now getting into this game more. I really enjoy the battle system and I feel is the best since FF VII (which is the personalized plate I gotten for my car 4 years back).

I have most of the past FF games, including the original FF from the NES and yes, my battery backed save is STILL there after these years Also have FF3 (6 in Japan), 7-10 and 10-2. Can ya tell im a fanatic??

Hey I'm Amari, i had ffxii for just over a week now and i'm loving the game.

Another day, another newbie Hey, I'm Doplex. I've only been playing since VII but I've ploughed my way through all bar X-2 in their entirety... well, I'd like to think I have - but we all know 100% completion is never as straightforward as we think with these games

So far, I'm loving XII. I heard a few negatives before I started playing; but I haven't let them put me off and so far, I think it's more or less perfect. I've got a good level of engagement with the characters and story, the world is HUGE (always a good thing) and the new battle system is just the kick up the ass that I think the series needed.

I look forward to picking all your brains and helping out wherever I can.

I am relatively new. this is my first ff game, and it is quite fun. taking out the load times tho would be benifitial.

Hi, I'm Dij4! I love RPG games, especially FF! I like many other games too, been gaming since 1987. I've also been playing QuakeWorld for PC since 1996. I love it, among other FPS games. I also enjoy playing as Xianghua in Soul Calibur 3.


Currently, I'm deep into FFXII. As I write this, I'm at 169:15:40 in my game. Many things have been finished, and I'm currently aiming at completing my bestiary! I still have to kill Omega XIII and Yiazmat though, among many other monsters still. Soon, they will all fall down.

I just ~LOVE~ the Masamune + Genji Gloves + Haste + Bravery + Berserk combo! It's what a DD was meant to become!!


So yah, I'm doing the bestiary now... I'm at uhm... the 5 Mandragora weirdos that I need to spawn in the Feywood (Don't remember their exact names or entries off hand lol).


All in all, I really enjoy this game. I must comment, though, that the Gambit system, although extremely convenient to have, tends to take away from the historical feel of FF gameplay. In the FF12 world, we just gotta set up our Gambits and walk our characters around, and they'll usually do the rest just fine.
