You still have a ways to go before you get to the Pharos, but I recommend being atleast level 45 or up. As for the Gil Snapper, I dont know what level your should be when trying to defeat him. I think I was somewhere from 38-45 when I defeated it.

You can buy it in a shop as soon as you arrive in Mt.Bur Omisace.

This is correct. That is where I bought additional ones after the first one.

You'll get your first free amulet as a reward...I dun remember what quest, or mark, any clues?

It was either for the first mark in Jahara, or it was from Dalton's wife... I forget... =/ But I think it came from one of those two places.

sandsea runs are the best method IMO, start at raithwall and work you way back to westersand.

The fastest way I've found out is.... When it's raining in giza. go through that and enter westersand from raining giza...this creates sandstorm in westersand.... If your levels are high enough you can go battle gnoma entite. kill it equiped with double amulet. you'll get 14 lp... After that. --gnoma entite found in shimmering horizons--- After that.... zone into the midfault and then zone into the galtea downs.. Zone all the way back to shimmering horizons, gnoma will respawn.

When you battle gnoma, steal from it first then kill it. Gives you two chances to get gnoma halcyon for one gnoma enittie. It'll also give you above 4,000 exp. with a party of 3.

Hope this helps for leveling and lp, and item for ultima blade.

Eh, I'll try that. Never thought sandsea can give you much lp. I finally got that gnome halycon, after stealing nad killing for an hour. I got my ultima blade. Now on to toursenol... I need the lp too. any place in particular to get fast gil too? ---searching for soul of thamasa, soul powder, and wargod's band as we speak--- Anyone know where vincitair is? the rare game in the sandsea that's suppose to give you wargod's band every steal?

I'd have an easier time getting wargod's band from leynir then trying to find this victanir.

It's harder to get Wargod's Band with Victanir than Leynirs on Nabreus. I can't even steal one from him.
