what is w8ng 4 me at the subterra in pharos.. i completed the first one then the umbra level was unlocked... one more thing where can i find the god or devil hunt quest..

i have the guide for the pharos...what are they calling the subterra? and umbra? is it past the third ascent or something???

subterra has 2 mark hunts: Ixion and the Shadow Seer (god or devil). Also optional boss Phoenix in the hidden northern area of the penumbra.

Ixion randomly appears in the 3 subterra levels (I think it usually appears in the umbra though).

The seer is in the very last floor ("Unknown") after you unlocked the 3 floors and killed Phoenix.

the subterra is unlocked after some part of the storyline I think. It is UNDER the 1F, and you cna reach it using the dais of ascendance elevator.

subterra unlocks after you finished the pharos and reach the suncryst...

whats the recommended level for subterra and how do you get past penumbra... i've killed phoenix and im getting my arse kicked by anything down there...so ya again,whats the recommended level

nothing less than 55 I would say.

make sure you Shell and try not to stay in one place too long in the central ring - foes will surround you and then it's tough at any level.....

to get past the penumbra, you need to collect enough black orbs to fill each pedestal until it says it's full in each room.

Here the right ammount you need to put at the pedestal..

Penumbra - NE:18, NW:9, SW:6, SE:3 Total:36
Umbra - NE:15, NW:9, SW:18, SE:15 Total:57
Abyssal - NE:15, NW:21, SW:12, SE:27 Total:75

where is the subterra map urn?

i dun think there's any.

But you can download the map from gamespot.com

Other than hunts, its a place where you can get the best amours.

Circlet,dueling mask, lordly robes and ribbon are all there.

And of course, if you are in need of LPs, you can defeat the magic pot and it gives you 124LP.

Another tip, i realise if you dont collect the orbs, it'll gather at one particular area (random). The good thing in doing it this way is that when they merge with the massive black orb. it gives you more orb than if you collect it individually.

You can check the location from the map in gamespot.com.

After the orb is dropped, wait for it to move away. Look at the direction where its moved to. Check your map (select) to see which corner its gone to.
