Immune Disease Accessories? |
|
So does anyone know if there's any accessories that make you immune to disease? I looked in a few shops and couldn't find it. If someone already covered this topic and I missed it, feel free to point me in the right direction and close this.

Bubble makes you immune to Disease, so have Bubble Belts or you use the Bubble spell.

Oh, I thought the bubble belts just doubled your HP? I'll have to go get more of these, then, thanks.

xcept ribbons, and you can't heal it with bubble. only use vaccine or remedy lore3 for that. or the save cyrstals.

quote wildhazzYeah there are certain status effects that can't co-exist: Petrify - Doom Disease - Bubble Confuse - Berserk *except a certain trap So if you are under the effects of confuse you can't be berserked and vice versa, same with bubble. There are others similiar to this such as stop - decoy but in this case stop will remove decoy but decoy will not remove stop. Sap/Regen and Haste/Slow both override each other. Bubble is already awesome and the fact that it prevents one of the more annoying status afflictions just makes it better and same with berserk vs confuse.

quote Kakyowow, that's amazing! i tried that, casting bubble to a diseased character, but the bubble missed - don't work. also, doom and petrify can co-exist, just use remedy on a nihopaloa-equipped character, but seriously nobody would do that. done that with a bubbled nihopalaoa character and disease didnt show up. great tip, Kakyo. ------------------- Vaan:I got a good feeling! The Bubble Belt is much better to prevent Disease then casting it. If I remember correctly Disease cancels out Bubble (w/o the Belt) whereas Bubble Belts make you immune entirely w/o losing the effect.
Bubble Belts help all around, but you shouldn't ignore the other accessories over this one (like Cat-eared Hood, Gengi Gloves, Pheasant Netsuke, .etc) ------------------- ![]()

Something strange relating to status-accessories I've noticed is that a character can be wearing hermes sandals and have slow cast on them successfully, but haste will miss every time, so long as they are equipped with the hermes sandals.
