	It doesn't really matter, but I think the first time you get the option to buy it is at Eruyt Village (( But I can't quite remember ^^ )) I bought it ages ago just haven't gotten it on the License board - Rofl ! ------------------- Harvey, Harvey, Harvey Dent.

I'd say that it's a good idea to have it in your gambits as long as you know that the upcoming enemies you will be fighting are actually a challenge to you. Haste makes a mega difference with regards to how many turns you get. Also, if you are feeling adventurous, try out the Haste + Berserk combo. It further boosts the effect of Haste, making your Berserked character react crazy-fast! ~Dij4~
