I am at the tomb of Raithwall and I just defeated the Wall demon.

Unfortunately, it banished Penelo to the X-Zone before going down.

How do I get her back into the team?

touch a save crystal and she should be right, closest one is on the outside of the tomb the teleport crystal

Your character should be available to you as soon as you move to another zone.

I have to confess I´ve grown quite fond of Penelo, shes´the cornerstone of my standard party and when she goes down, the group is in deep, deep trouble.

I think I actually like her better than Ashe.

My favorite female character so far, however, is Fran.

I am literaly in love with the character, she´s 12 shades of awesome

I can't stand Ashe either. She is a permanent member of my reserves and gets all the horrible, menial tasks. When I was doing 122333 stealing from Werewolves or Entites I got great pleasure from sending her in to do the stealing, laughing as a Werewolf cut her throat or an Entite fried her. Mwahahahaha

Well, we were talking about female characters.

When it comes to male characters, Balthier is second to none.

When the first human being who came out of the caves invented the word "awesome", he was already thinking of Balthier.
He´s that cool.

I like Ashe, I think she is cool, she is my magic person, but packs a good punch if the enemies gets too close

I think she looks like a young 70 year old, if anyone else gets me, and speaks like one too.

Perhaps she is the queen, in her youth, with straight hair...

guys your talking about characters like : she is week .. he is strong .. she cant do anything ... she dies very fast !! WTF ???
well am sure u all know that u can make your character as strong as u wish ... so its not the characters fault to be week ! infact its your fault !! u must be equiping him/her with some stupid week armor ... and have gived him/her a stupid week weapon ... anyway just know that the characters are all the same .. and that there power depends on thier equipment !
BTW : i dont know why every single person who play FF12 falls in love with basch !!! :S :S he is just a stupid old guy who looks at him self as the queen saver !!! and infact he didnt do anything to help her during the storyline ...

Basch Is God. Simple as tht, My basch is a low level, as is my party, but he already hits over 500 more than they can!

And he has almost 400 more hp than my vaan

Penelo is my favorite. One attack from the most powerful enemy and say bye-bye to them.
Balthier is also my favorite. He shoots enemies from afar.

Did anyone read what doodabood just wrote? They're all the same! The only time you will notice any difference between them is about lvl 40 and higher. And even then it won't huge differences. I hate it when ppl say Basch is the best character because he hits the hardest or Fran has the best Black Magic or Penelo is the best healer. They can all do it. The differences between them are noticable actually. Just real small. My Basch and my Penelo both hit hard with a Zodiak Spear. And against certain enemies at say level 50 Basch will only hit like 200 points harder. Not that big of a difference when he's hitting for 8,100 damage and she hits for 7,900. Btw, DragonSLAYER45, anyone can shoot a gun in this game.

And you know what does make me mad though? The Vitality stat. How would Basch have like 40 vitality and Penelo or Ashe have like 48? I know what it's for. It effects positive and negative magic but still... why did they call it Vitality? Same with Speed. Unless you play at the slowest configurated speed setting you won't notice any difference. Arrrggghhh! Btw, I know speed is for dagger and bow strength etc etc so don't try to correct me.

Sorry about the rant and off-topic nonsense but I just can't stand when ppl say certain characters are weak. As for cool points? Well, that's everyone's opinion. My characters from favorite to least favorite would be...

1. Ashe (She's arguably one of the best designed females in FF history)
2. Vaan and Basch (tie)
4. Balthier, Fran and Penelo (tie)

Balthier is easily the coolest but I can't stand to have him in my party. He holds every single weapon awkward and swings his weapons really goofy. And I can't stand to give him magic as I couldn't picture a rouge casting magic (That's like Han Solo using the Force or Robin Hood casting a healing spell). And don't get me started on Fran. Everytime I see her in a cinema I want to puke cause it looks like they gave her big bushy sideburns. She's my least favorite character, playable or not, in the whole game because of that. lol

On-topic: Just go touch the golden save crystal.

yeah you'r right IM4GE ! characters are just the same ... i just wanna ask u a question ... u said that basch and penelo are not so diffrent in the damage they do with zodiak spear ! do u mean that they both have Zodiak spears ? how can u get another one ?
