FFX had a neat spin-off with Yuna, Rikku and Paine.
Which FFXII character you think deserves a spin-off? Personally, IŽd LOVE to have a litle Baltier/Fran adventure, learn more about IvaliceŽs pirate life, Arrr.. Come ot think about it, it doesnŽt even have to be a RPG, they could make an action/adventure game a la Prince of Persia and IŽd still rush to the stores to get it  | |

It was a sequel. And to BSmith3, FFX-2 was a great game. It wasn't as good as your usual FF game but it was still good. Only gripe I had with that game? Dress Spheres and only three characters. But if it would have had Tidus as a playable character then they would have nixed the Dress Sphere idea (hopefully for Tidus).  Personally, I wish they would just have made FFXII-2 for the PS3 and kept it the same and just worked a lot of ppl's gripes. Pretty much if it's not broken don't fix it. Just add on to it (like different ppl in towns). | |

Personally I think SE will have FFXII-2 a long way down the list of games to make, if they are even thinking of making the sequel.

FFXII:RW is a storyline sequel to FFXII but a spin off due to the change in genre and taking FFXII in a different direction.

No thanks, Final Fantasy shouldn't have spin-offs as proven by FF X-2. It loses that what makes it so fun.

Penelo and Vaan are appearing in FFTA2: The Sealed Grimoire. So hopefully (but probably not) we'll see an expansion on their back story.
