I can't seem to get any of these cheats to work. I just got the game a few days ago at the store.

Start with all spells
At the title screen press and hold R2, then press CIRCLE, SQUARE, CIRCLE, TRIANGLE, CIRCLE, TRIANGLE. You will hear someone say "I Gotcha" to confirm you've just unlocked all spells.

Infinite Skill Points:
When in the game play pause game, and then enter the following
while holding down R1 and R2 : X, Triangle, X, Square, Circle, X,
Circle, Square, You should here a voice say, Joseph. Then Un-Pause and
you will have inf. Skill points

So you've only had the game for a few days and already your looking for cheats.....some game player you must be.

I for one hope no one is able to cheat in this game, especially in multiplayer mode. Cheats and hacks ruin games for everyone.

Cheats, cheats. Why can't people live without game cheats... cheats make the game boring. That's why I stopped looking for cheats.

I always finish the game by myself the first time around, and then the cheats, guides, FAQ's, or whatever you want to call them are really just aids to perfection. I use them to fill in all the little knicks and knacks here and there that I may have missed the first time around. But you're right, people who go looking for cheats before they've even tested the game out themselves are not worthy of the True Gamer name.

That I am. Practically born with a video game controller in my hand, I was. Started with Atari, then Nintendo, then Super Nintendo and Sega Genesis. Throw in a Gameboy, a Game Gear and a TurboGrafX, and you've got my game playing line-up before I got my beloved Playstation 1 and 2. Best damn female game player in these parts since 1979. ROCK!

cheats are only good the 2nd time around n e way. You know that saying, "You'll appreciate it more if you have to work for it."? It is true.

Bighand, you hit it right on the head. In my opinion, true gamers should work their asses off to finish a game by themselves the first time around, so that the cheats are sort of a reward for their efforts the second time around. I absolutely refused to use any cheats when I was working on Spyro the Dragon 1, 2, and 3. However, when I was done, all the infinite life codes, gem location cheats and color modifications to Spyro's body were ALL MINE! HA HA HA HA!

Is Spyro the Dragon a RPG?

Oh well guess i'll have to test the game without cheats, I just like to see what I get, to know whats good first. Oh well.

You know, there's a good side to cheats for 1st time players. DON'T BUY THE GAME! Just rent it and cheat, that way you're not out $50, just $5! And you get a lot of fun during the time you've rented the game too. But I grew up with video games too, cept I started with nintendo and Zelda:)

Nope, Spyro the Dragon isn't an RPG. It's an action platform game starring everyone's favorite fire-breathing lavender reptile. It's a trilogy too. Kicks ass. Buy it. BUY IT NOW!

i looked them up too. and i looked to see what i was doing wrong and i seen that it said the cheat codes do not work at all.
