Greetings.

Hi ya,
Can't believe no ones posted anything.
I recon this is a great compilation.
It shows just how basic the games used to be when I played them as a kid.
The funny thing is, we knew and understood just how basic they were back then, but we didn't care.
I was one of the pioneer video game players and prowd to admit it.
This compilation has brought back some very nice memories for me.

Cheers.

re: Greetings.

A bit late in replying - but I agree! I am 33 in the next few days and was the proud owner of an Atari 2600. As a kid I adored this machine. Activision were the best game producers for it. Pitfall, Enduro, Decathlon, River Raid and Keystone Kapers are just simply awesome. OK, they are dated now, and can get boring to play - but back in the early 1980's this is how it was! And to think - you couldn't pause a game back then!!

I am now the proud owner of a PS2 - and hopefully soon a PS3! You are never too old to enjoy gaming!

re: Greetings.

I like this one for the interface. Quite well done.
And the 80's music brings back some nice memories of the ol' days playing on my b&w TV, stuffing my face with potato crisps and guzzling down cans of cola, with a beat up trannie radio playing in the background.

So, now your in your forties, overweight, no teeth, cancer eating out your insides, half deaf and allready on your 3rd set of glasses.

Was it all really worth it?
