That's actually not weak writing, it's all part of Gretchen's character. She's always used sexual seduction as one of her main weapons and showing her desperately throwing herself at Lincoln and Self is a great way of showing how isolated and alone she now is. She really needed another ally and seized a rare moment alone with Lincoln to try it on with him. She likely doesn't really care who she gets her claws into as long as they help her.

Yeah, I don't think Gretchen was at all bothered about sex in those scenes. Her vixen like persona is all about getting her way, regardless of what (or who) she needs to do to get it. Can't wait for the rest of the story, damn these mid-season breaks!

I'm bummed it's going but it isn't unexpected as it is stretching itself thin. After season 1 and 2 it wasn't quite as good.

Lost has been crap since about half way through season 2 if you ask me. Start of S3 at a push.

for me lost went down hill after season 2.

Sad to hear PB is done after four. But its hard to see how it can continue past season four.
Its without a doubt my favourite show. Ive watched all four seasons countless times. But yeh i agree its probably for the best it ends.

I'm happy with the show ending, it's a great time to end it as Season 4 has been great and there's not much they can do with the show. It just sucks they're sticking it on Fridays for its final run.

Still don't get how people could like lost up till a certain point then just...stop. Some of the eps in season 4 were amazing. Desmond's especially.
