Season 6 is shaping up to be great. Shame about George, the first two episodes were incredibly sad. I liked how they handled his death showing the 5 stages of grief. I think it's good the first few episodes covered 60 odd days as if it didn't it'd take so many episodes for the George story coming to an end.

An old acquaintance got me hooked on this show, and I've loved it ever since. The only thing I've genuinely disliked about the series was how off-show issues managed to phase out (or kill off, in George's case) three characters I really liked.

TR Knight (George) wanted to be released from his contract to peruse other things, but I agree with you. It's such a shame they got rid of Burke, he was one of the best characters the show has seen. Same for Burkes replacement (Hahn) she was great, especially with all her one liners.
