i got the 1000 yen bill for that gay junk shopkeeper and he acts as if i dont have it?

the walkthroughs say nothing about doing anything after getting the bill, ive even tried talkin to Loki, but nothing seems to make him acknowledge i have the bill and take it from me...

cant sell it

tried getting more lucky tickets but still no talk

cant aford the 4000m and 6000m things, im broke. was hoping buying those wud make him talk to me more. he says they look yucky! buy them! but i cant...maybe if i bought them he wud see the bill?

please, does anyone know what to do?

Try reseting your console, it may be a glitch. You might also want to check whether you do actually have it, go to the key items to see if you haven't already given the junk collector the bill, you may already the permission letter for the gate guard.
