So I just completed the mission to retrieve the Reproach thing from the pirate's mansion. It took me directly back to the Keeper Compound, and there was all sorts of talk of the Sunken Citadel. I discovered from reading a book that its in the Sewers in the Docks, and that it is also sealed in some way or another. I made my way to the Sewers, and found the Glyph, but I can't seem to activate it and enter the Sunken Citadel. I don't know if there's anything I'm missing, or if there's someone I have to talk to in particular to access the Citadel though. Any help would be much appreciated.

I have the same problem. I noticed that the Sunken Citadel isn't on my list of things to do. Could this be why I can't get inside the doorway?

I would rifle through the keeper library again. That's where I found the clue that pointed me towards the Sunken Citadel.

When you enter Docks, it's just a few steps to the right (on the right side of the street, hidden in shadows - your best friend ), there is a ladder down and once you are there, you can't miss it

I don't know what problem you have? I entered it without any problems. Try to return to the Keeper's den and sniff around for any book or note regarding position of Sunken Citadel or try to listen to some dialogs of the scribes (f.e. about that man, who went to explore it and he didn't return and they refused to send there a rescue team, which proved as a mistake for their friend) ...

I have read the book and heard the conversation about the citadel but still the glyph is locked and the only thing on my to-do list is find clues about the dark age. I have read every book in the forbidden library and I have the map of the compound but I dont know what to do. It seems to be working for everyone but me...
