	It should come downloaded in V1.53. Than you must use the editor cheats. (I have a whole list of them in the cheats section look there for them) Or they're also posted in www.cafetropico.com. Or if you dont want to download it you can go and look for just the editor on that site but most of its downloads have been cancled (this is an old game) but that ne may still be there. -------------------
