New CO - Roland Butter. Loves his food, gets angry if he doesn't get it. All units start normalstrength. When they have used half their fuel, they get a 10% boost. If a unit uses all it's fuel, it has a 50% boost (but still, it can't move) COP - Picnic. All units recieve supplies back, boosts are kept. 10% extra defense, as usual. Need 4 stars full SCOP - Feast. Same as Picnic, but all units have a 20% attack and def. boost for the turn. Need 7 stars full. What do you think?

This may be an old topic, but I have a great new CO:
name: Rhineon Team: Chrome Satelite (silver units) Strengh: all units except infantry and mech units have an extra +10% offense and defense bonus. weakness: weak infantry and mech units (infantry and mechs suffer a -10% on offense and defense). CO Power: Chrome Chaos: All units get a new Chrome Coat, giving them an extra +10% offense and defense bonus. Super CO power: Satelite Strike: A cursor identical to the missile silo one appears, and lets you fire anywhere on the map. A huge satelite beam strikes the selected area, giving the units a metallic coat and making them yours, but reduces their HP by 1 and their fuel by half. CO power gauge: xxXXXXX
What do you think?

New Team:White Hole
Leader Co:Strum Discription:Sturm's unknown twin brother....he is actually good .......nothing else to say except that he is good and he look similiar to Sturm. Co Power Guage:xxxXXXXXXXXXX Co Power:Land Assualt-Units are created on every ally base.The units that are created are random. Super Co Power:Inferno Blow-Similiar to the Co Power,the Super Co Power creates random units on every ally base.The differences is that any unit can 100% destroy any unit(for example, an infantry can shoot at a plane,and ship,but when Strum end his turn and the opponent attacks Strum's units it will die instantly.(For example, a infantry can kill Strum's Neotank even if the infantry had 1 hp and the neotank had 10.)

Sorry for reviving an old topic, but this was ready and waitind to be posted somewhere like here... Note: these are not separate COs, but a balanced (I think) new nation, which COs work well together.
New AW faction: The Violet Nebula Background: A small country, stood apart from the second war, building its own military strength. Now ready to expand their lands by conquering the other factions... mwahaha. Color: Dark Violet (duh...) Unit Resemblance: Armageddon Imperial Guard of Warhammer 40k anyone? Infantries wear gas masks, Tanks resemble Leman Russ vehicles, Artilleries resemble Basilisks and so on... No Lasguns or Bolters of course - just conventional weapons. COs: Damien, Lucy, Thol, Nausea
---Damien--- Background: The Violet Nebula leader, did a lot to build his country's army. Cares about soldiers greatly, perhaps too much? Appearance: A frail and pale, yet (unlike Adder) handsome guy with glasses. Outfit resembles that of Dark Kingdom lords, but has more military-type regalia (chains, stars, etc.) Hit: Backup plans. Miss: Watching his troops slaughtered. Strength: All his units have 20% more ammo & fuel. Damage from enemy attacks reduced by 10% (i.e., if enemy tank scores a 60% damage on Damien's tank, in fact it'll deal only 50%) Weakness: All his units' speed is reduced by 1. Power: Rescue Team. All his APCs, T-Copters, and Landers gain the ability to 'pick up' other units within its transport limits (i.e., a T-Copter still can's pick up a tank) until end of turn. To pick up a unit, a transporter must be adjacent to it. After picking up a unit, transporter's turn ends. Think a 'drop' command reversed. Super Power: Total Withdraw. All his units gain the ability to teleport to any captured property until end of turn no matter the distance. Teleportation is considered a move, so a unit just teleported can't move further. It can, however, drop, supply, attack, etc... Sample Quotes: "I have a backup plan!" "We'll meet again. It's a promise."
---Lucy--- Background: An aircraft constructor, constantly tinkering with new flying stuff. Seeks ways to improve the Violet Nebula's air force and other troop types. Appearance: A short, cheerful girl with coke-bottle glasses and purple hair. Dressed as a mechanic, with numerous wrenches and screwdrivers sticking from all pockets. Hit: Inventions. Miss: Screwed-up inventions. Strength: Air units have +1 speed and +20% firepower. Weakness: Air units consume 1.5x fuel. Power: Jetpacks. All her infantry and mech units change movement type to Air and receive +2 speed until end of turn. They cannot benefit from terrain defense bonus. They are treated as Copters while determining who can attack them and whom they can attack. Mechs during this ability can attack copters and planes with bazookas. The apperance of soldiers changes to 'jump-jet soldiers'. Super Power: Hoverdrives. All her tread and tire units change movement type to Air and receive +1 speed until end of turn. They cannot benefit from terrain defense bonus. They are treated as Copters while determining who can attack them and whom they can attack. Tanks during this ability can attack copters with main cannons instead of machineguns. Rockets during this ability can attack copters and planes as Missiles, without losing potency to attack land targets. The vehicles' treads and tires change to hoverpads. Sample Quotes: "Go-Go Gadgetry!" "Who says tanks can't fly?"
---Thol--- Background: An explosives expert in Violet Nebula's service. Some people say he's crazy, but he knows how to make a good kaboom. Appearance: A bald, muscular man without eyebrows. Wears clothes similar to Max's, adorned with packs of dynamite and C4, and a headband. Hit: Explosions. Miss: Malfunctioning fuses. Strength: Bazookas, cannons (tank, artillery and battleship), rockets, missiles and torpedoes do 20% more damage. Weakness: Enemy shots may occasionally hit the volatile ammo stashes. Units mentioned above have a 5% chance of taking double damage and losing all ammo when attacked. Power: Booby Traps. Places mines within all his properties. Any hostile unit entering a property suffers 4 damage; after that, the mine disappears. Traps don't disappear over time. Super: Sabotage Packs. Equips all his infantry and mechs with one-use explosive devices, granting them a 'sabotage' command which can be used instead of attacking (against vehicles and ships) or capturing. Vehicles or ships suffer 5 damage without having a chance to retaliate. Properties are instanlly reverted back to neutral (grey) status. Explosive devices don't disappear over time, but one unit can't carry more than one device. Sample Quotes: "Come and get some!" "Time to wreak havoc, boys!"
---Nausea--- Background: A talented chemistry student offering his service as a chem weapons crafter. Disgusting, but highly effective. Appearance: A tall skinny man. Wears a gas mask, stained lab coat and elbow-length rubber gloves. Hit: Girls. Miss: Getting dumped. Strength: Indirect units and bombers inflict additional 10% damage (adds to final value - Nausea's artillery targeting a tank with 75% damage scored will inflict 85%). Good to 'smoke out' enemies from hard cover. Weakness: Infantry and mech units have a maximum of 9 HP. Can't capture anything in less than 3 turns... Power: Tear Gas. All enemy infantry and mech units have 1 defense star, 1 speed and 20% firepower less until end of turn. Super Power: Mustard Gas. All enemy units have 1 defense star, 1 speed and 20% firepower less until end of turn. All enemy infantry and mech units suffer 2 damage. Sample Quotes: "Prepare some paperbags!" "You're lucky you can't smell my breath!"

CO: XS Country: Aquamarine Satellite Bio: He is a super computer that operates a giant factory. Skills: He can units for cheaper. plus his factory can produce 12 units a turn. If you break the pipeline though he dies. CO: Up production: the total number of units that he can have on the field is raised for the rest of the battles. Super: all units produced in that day get to move on the same day. So the factories can produce two units a turn.

In the first and second war after hearing about Sturm's CoPower, he began the production of the S.W.A.K missle, a weapon to combat Sturm if he ever invaded. appearance: Long beard, tall, and deranged looking. Similar to the look of Rasputin or Ivan the Terrible.Always wears black robes, instead of the customary King's uniform. Hits: Power Miss: Mutiny Weapon info: The S.W.A.K. missle has the same range of Meteor Strike, except it only does 5 damage, and heals allied troops by 3 Info: All of his troops are average, and he doesn't have a nrmal CO power.He is able to purchase S.W.A.K. Missles for 30000 Super: Missle Raid, He launches 3 S.W.A.K missles. Plus all of his units get a boost in attack and defense.

CkoskE Country: Aquamarine satellite Bio: He was a test subject in an experiment to see if it would be capable to give stealth powers to soldiers. The experiment messed hie DNA and left him a mutated beast with animal instinct....And stealth powers. His appearance is unknown since the only person allowed to actually see him is the King. Info: His trops have an attck bonus, plus sight bonus in F.O.W. maps. Other than that they are like everyother troop. CO: Hunt- CkoskE is unleashed unto the battlefield. He has th power of 3 Neotanks, and has Close Range fighting skills. Super: same as Before except he has ranged fighting powers as well. Plus Fog. Of War is present until he is killed.
CkoskE has a vision range of 7

Team: Red Phoenix Skill: Kane's Tanks and Aircraft are incredible strong, but have all of his units low defence and high deployment cost. He doesn't have any CO Power, and his Super CO Power takes very long time to load up, but then you'll have trouble dealing with him. History: There is very little known about Kane, except that he is a mysterious CO and Warrior. He appeared in random battles. He's always quite. Rivals: Max, Kanbei and Eagle for their skills with tanks and aircrafts.
Victory: "My sword never betrays me!" Deafeat: "How could I?"
Hit: Swords Miss: Relationships
Bonuses - 150% damage for tanks and aircraft - +2 vision in Night
Penalties - 80% defence for all - 125% deployment cost
CO Power N/A
Super CO Power Sword Dance - 9 stars "The time has come..." - 200% damage for tanks and aircraft - +2 Movement for tanks and aircraft
The night wheather, is opposit to clear, and it decreases defence by 10% and -1 vision for all (except Kane, he has an extra vision range.)
