That is in AWDS, Advance Wars Dual Strike. It was the best mode EVERERERER. They took it out, however.

There IS normal weaker CO Powers, but just weaker.

Yes, Normal Campaign and Hard Campaign.

Look "Combat Mode on AWDS" or something on Youtube.

Army: IFR (Internation Farmers Rebelion)
Likes: Various farm vermin

Bio: He forgets how he got into the IFR, he broke a hip, and spent 6 months in teh forest recovering. The various squirrels nursed him back with their various forest nuts. (he now has a small squirrel tail growing out of hiw you know what)

COP: The greatest harvest
When he uses this, all plain turns into golden fields of wheat, it makes all vision for the troops in it 0 and decreases movemnent. His troops has vision increased by 1 and his defense is increased by 10% for all allied troops in the wheat.

SCOP: International Harvester
His farming buddies quickly go across all terrain with theri tractors and suddenly crops come up everywhere. The same things happen as the first but now its everywhere, but enemy vision is decreased too 0 and theyre movement is reduced by 80%, allied troops attack goes up by 10% and defence by 25%, allied movement is increased by 1 and vision is increased by 2.
