how about, Herb (short for herbert)
hit- being lazy miss- doing anything army- orange star all units suffer -1 movement range due too heavier armour and more powerfull weapons no real weakness's too anything really powerbar ***$$ normal power - lazy day, all enemy unit movement ranges are halved in their next turn, due too herb's lazyness rubbing off on them, in addition herb's units are slightly more powerfull. super power - lazyness, all enemy units move range is down too a quater of thier normal range, in addition herb units become yet more powerfull and get a normal movement range his tagline (things he says when power becomes active) "why not take a break?" how bout,
Rebbecca Army - Blue moon (i was just playing AW2 and if anyone hasn't notice blue moon is the only army without a female C.O) Hit - The big city miss - The Outside world Urban combat specialist, all units in a city, factory, hq, airport or port get an additional defence bonus as well as boosted attack and defence. all units in a city or base of anr type that belongs to Rebbecca will recieve +3 health a turn instead of just +2. All units not in a city (plains, road, sea ect...) will have slightly lowered attack and defence abilitys. Normal power - Urban training, all units in a city will recieve +2 health in addition they also get their abilitys boosted further Super power - Urban assalt, all units inside a city go automatically back too full health and recieve even better attack and defence, not only that but all units outside citys have their abilitys boosted to normal levels. Army: Orange Star Hit: Aeroplanes Miss: Financing Desc: An ace pilot of high rank, shot down 10 bombers and 50 fighters in his time. He's retired and lives in the city, but when the black hole returned, he was summoned and became commander of air units. Abilities: All Air units receive additional firepower and +2 movement range Weakness: Cities produce half of it's original value due to his poor financing skills. CO power Meter: ***##### Co power: Air Raid: Fighters gain better vision, and attack power boosts as well. Super CO power: Kilimanjaro: Air units Attack power boosts, and deals 2 damage to enemy ground troops depending on the amount of bombers you have. Tagline: "rule the skies with planes!" I've got one!
Name: Marina Bio: Used to be partner of Drake and Eagle, now works for the newly-formed Red Meteor (they are in the island that BH occupied in AW2 and some surrounding islands). Pros: All sea and air units have 10% higher attack and 15% higher defense. Cons: Ground units are 10% weaker, and units on treads and tires move 1 space less. Power: Naval Might: Air units move 1 space farther, and sea units get an additional 10% attack increase (up to 20% now) Super Power: Drastic Measures Sea units move 2 spaces farther, and air units get an additional 20% attack increase (up to 30% now). Pretty cool, huh? I'll try to think of some more Red Meteor CO's soon. Tell me if you like 'em! | |

Also, rebecca and tomcat's cons may be a little too extreme. Units are rarely in buildings, and money production is halved? That's a little harsh.

Rabid
Black sheep of the Black Hole. Permanently infected with rabies. Hit: Gnawing on chain-link fences. Miss: Antibiotics Rabies are infectious, and so is this CO! Known for poor hygiene, his troops are always losing HP for no reason. However, they are very strong in direct combat, and their constant frenetic activity gives them +1 to movement. Power: Rabid Onslaught: All of Rabid's forces recieve substantial combat bonuses, and any unit they attack can become infected with rabies and start rapidly losing HP. Superpower: I Asked For the News Not the Weather: All of Rabid's units that attack this turn recieve devastating combat bonuses and infect enemies as above, however, they die from rabies the next day. Blitz
Former Blue Cossack commander. Always drunk, and therefore commands the great respect of his troops. An intuitive fighter who hates logic and planning. Hated by Olaf, friends with Grit. Hit: 200 proof vodka. Miss: Sobriety. His troops are always drunk, giving them suicidal courage and terrific bonuses to attack power. However, their constant intoxication reduces movement and vision range by 1, and weakens counterattacks due to painful hangovers. Power: Rain of Vodka: A vodka monsoon falls from the sky, getting enemy troops drunk - lowering their movement, vision and counterattack. Blitz's troops are unaffected, since they're already hammered. Superpower: Paint the Donkey Blue: The monsoon of vodka turns to almost pure alcohol, affecting the enemy units as above and dealing 1 HP of damage to all of them. Blitz's units gain massive attack bonuses, but for the next turn their hangover is so severe they can't move or counterattack. Blitz's Quotes: "I fight better when I'm drunk!" "Can you see me? Itamae-San
In the food-loving Yellow Comet nation, Itamae-San, the Iron Chef, holds power second only to the Emperor himself. In fact, Kanbei himself requested that due to his unstoppable combat-cooking skills, Itamae-San leave his TV show and take command of a Yellow Comet army. Hit: Good sushi ingredients. Miss: Anyone who disrespects cooking. His troops are better fed than any in Wars World, and therefore have higher morale and defense in battle. The downside is that his infantry is too well fed, and its movement range is reduced by 1 due to obesity. Power: Hail to the Chef: Itamae-San whips up a feast for the troops, restoring 1 HP to all of his units and upping their Defense significantly. Superpower: Umai, Umai, Oishii!: The feast prepared by the venerable Master Chef restores 2 HP to all of his units, and gives a Permanent boost to their Defense for the rest of the battle. Itamae-San's Quotes: "Don't you know you can't fight when you're hungry?! "Eat this!" "Anyone who disrespects food must be punished!" "It looks like you're on the menu!" -------------------
