I think I am noticing something in my game. Whenever I tap the A button very fast when attacking, it seems to have a better chance of doing a little more damage when its supposed to, such as when an anti-air attacks a bomber and is supposed to do 92%, but instead, it kills it.

Yeah that is cause you can kill at 92 you can kill at about 90 sometimes it is just some thing!

But i just relised that it is when you are killing a enamy there is that little bar and that has little lines on it and you can do like 1% to that and it will go down so that enamy could have has had like 91% left

Actually, in a design map, I tried this without attacking the enemy before and it still worked.
P.S. Since you said you just noticed the health meter, when did you start playing?

depends on the co's strengh ps:block bases with apc's or
use them as a decoy i always do

in FOW, use some rockets, artillery, a few recons and LOTS of infantry shields

PRACTICE

yes. practice. my brother (a.k.a. my arch rival) practiced for 2 years, now he has beaten the entire war room and normal campaign with S ranks. most S ranks in hard, a few As, 1 B.

if you practice on every mission and vs maps you'll learn all the tricks yourself and you'll have more fun learning them
