when I hear Andy's Anthem I think The Final Battle

they just wanted to make andy seem special because we all know that andy is the symbol of *bleep*s and speds everywhere so they were ashamed to have him in a game so they needed one special thing about him.

To be fair, he does have Hyper Repair and we all know how much of a lifesaver it can be, imagine you're on a FPS game, like COD4 online, you and all your team get shot, you don't die but you will with ust one more hit, now someone activates this game breaking ability and healse everyone on your team by half their maximum health, now I'd call that usefull, also he could take on COs like Grit or Max and would have an even chance of beating either of them.

Grit and Max are opposites, Andy can go either way.
Kanbei and Colin are opposites, Andy can go either way.
Olaf and Drake are opposites, Andy can go either way and his COP can nullify the HP damage caused by their SCOPs.

Andy, is the Blandy of the Advance Wars series but he can be something special if used right, like in levels where you need to survive with limited units, the healing really helps and you have no weaknesses, your enemy however is likely to have at least one massive glaring weakness that you can easily take advantage of.

Drake is more broken. Gas chopped by 1/2 is incredible.

Maybe *bang* but the principle is that Rain is Drake's good weather and Olaf's bad weather, while Snow is Olaf's good weather and everyone elses bad weather, Andy and Drake are nearly equal in the Snow, but vs Olaf in the rain he's almost godlike.
