Hi, does anyone know if this game will play on a playstation 3 in europe? I know ps3 will be region free and i know there is a way of playing it on ps3 elswhere. If not i may consider importing.

It wont work on the European PS3 UNLESS the Game you use itself is a European (PAL format) game. Even though the PS3 Games are region free, both the PS3 itself, and the PS2 games are not, and you'll need compatible games to use them.
