Okay, I'm in the Water Temple. I complety filled the temple with water. But now I can't go anywhere! Since the water is so high, I can't go to the middle floor. I can't get past the room with the goron block cuz I can't move it underwater, and the door I can reach is locked. HELP!

Just go back to the first water changing point, which you can use to drop the water level to the bottom again.

Um, this is gonna sound stupid. But where is that? If it's the area with the 3 torches in the one room, I can't get there...

It's where you met Ruto the first time you entered the temple. Put on the iron boots and sink to the bottom, then take the passage on the west side. Go to the room on the far end and then put the Kokiri boots back on and rise to the surface.
