Just picked this up in game for £9.98 and its possibly the best £9.98 I've ever spent. I haven't played any of the Metal Slugs in about 7-8, which I think was Metal Slug 2 in the arcade. Some really good new stuff like a couple of mini-games. There isn't a better way to spend £9.98!

I've been looking for the American version of this game for two years now. Every single game store in my area doesn't have it. If anyone has the American version of this game (for the PS2), give me a pm or post in here.

I think Metal Slug 3 should have came out in 2003 for Americans. It came out in UK on 12th Nove.

Every time I call a game store, they tell me the American version doesn't exist for the PS2. I know it exists, but it's so freakin' rare over here in the U.S. Oh well, if I can't find it, I'll just have to wait for Metal Slug 4 and 5 to be released in April.

That's a shame that you can't find a copy.
 Metal Slug 4 and 5 are gonna rock. ***EDIT*** I found this on GameFaqs. Metal Slug 3 PS2 (MS3 for short) is a fantastic run and gun game. It's jam packed with frame after frame of sprite based 2D animation, and the best NeoGeo port on PS2. It also, unfortunately, doesn't appear to be coming out on US Playstation2 systems. Sorry.
