GOOD: The RT314 runs and runs. Have had no real problems with it for two years
BAD: The TECH SUPPORT for NETGEAR sucks. Takes a VERY long time to get a human and then they often can not help. Asked for the command set for the operating system and was told to go out to a non NETGEAR web site to get it. NETGEAR does not have it available. Bottom Line: Great product! Lousey support for the product. | |
