How would you suggest learning how to do Maxx Unlimited on standard mode? Would the best way be to become adept at numerous heavy songs then go back to Unlimited?

That's what I did. I didn't even attempt it on standard until I could do it well on light, and conquer most 7 foot heavy songs. Plus, you should have a pretty good pad if you attempt to do that on standard, one that doesn't slip around as much. Then I'd just keep trying it on standard until you can do it. Good luck!

Some of the jumps don't require to move your entire body around.

You can actually practice a bit on Drop Out.

Say you get these jumps:

Up-Right
Left-Right
Left-Down
Left-Right

Going from the first jump to the second jump, just move your left foot from up to right. From the second to the third, move your right foot and back again from the third to fourth.

It sounds easy, but I know it'll take a little practice. Basically, you just want to move your leg around, not your body.

And jump LOW.

i would recommend trying songs like paranoia kcet on heavy and afronova on standard before you even try maxx unlimited on standard

No he doesn't. He needs 150 BPM-160 BPM songs. Afronova's jumps are not as stamina-draining as MAXX's because they're mostly Up-Down and Left-Right. And KCET is just...what? MAXX is just a 1/8th stream at times.

I remember that I accidently picked this song on DDR to do at the arcade on standard and it was so ez cause those little steps basically most of the where freeze arrows.
