Get these souls and equip them:
Flame Demon Giant Bat Succubus then beat the final boss. Then go back to that door and it will open up another whole area and a couple more boss battles. -------------------

Yeah it is. It will be open, and you fight a boss, then through the chaos realm to fight the boss of the game.
