whats better sentinel or scourge?

It depends on who your going against, who your good with, etc.

Do you mean on multiplayer, or the Sentinels and Scourge themselves?

I'd imagine that he means in Defense of the Ancients.

Neither is better than the other, their bases mirror each other. It's very rare that anyone plays in a mode that both teams' heroes aren't available to anyone, unless you're in the tournament scene. But in a game like that, if all of your good heroes are on sentinel, then sentinel would obviously be better.
