I think the worst thing Blizzard can do to any new games is make cheats for it. It's so frustrating for me, because I know I'm pretty good at srategy games, but when I want to practice against the computer I ALWAYS end up cheating! I have no will power

Whenever I THINK(emphaise on think) that I'm ahead of the comp they pop out of no where attack my 2nd base when I'm on the other side of the map with no warp ability
since I only expand when I need gold my 2nd base is usally my only gold source....so
I end up having to put in the cheat code 'cause by the time I get to my 2nd base it's level they kick my attack team's butt so......WHOSYOURDADDY so I can get my gold source and get back in the game

Haha. Yeah I hate that. Though there is something to be said about having cheats in a game. It does add some funness when you are done beating the game. For example I go back to some of the levels and type in "iseedeadpeople" and try to find any easter eggs on the outside parts of the levels. And there's always that time when you've been playing the same level for 3 days and you just want to beat it. Not that I ever use cheats for that.... yeah.

Well, it appears normal expansion isn't any more difficult than the original. My favorite mission would have to be Undead 5 : Dreadlord's Fall. It's relatively easy to, while attacking Detheroc, queue up Banshees and rally them to Sylvanus. After he falls, don't bother with defending/upgrading your base. I had sufficient Banshees - about 8 - ready to purge the Human base. I loved going in there with nothing but Sylandus, Valimathros, and 12 Banshees and taking out both of his bases. It was never difficult. I possessed about 6 mortar teams then simply mopped him up with my (his?) remaining forces. The skeletons from Sylvanus' black arrow helped incredibly. Did anyone notice that although the Banshees can't possess air units, Sylvanus herself can? Frost Wyrms and Gryffon Riders. Yummy.

I also tried building a human base (my mortar teams died so it took years for Sylvanus, Valimathros, and the Infernal to take down his castle) within the base by possessing one of his peons. I got up the Gryffon Avary before Sylvanus destroyed the Castle and the base completely.

I realized two things today.

1. I haven't played frozen throne or reign of chaos in a very long time. I think the last time I played it at all was in January and that was just multiplayer. The last time I even attempted to play the campaign (excluding Act II and III of the bonus campaign) was back in July. I really need to get back to playing. I think once I get my laptop fan replaced, I'll take a run through again. See how the new patch holds up in the campaigns.

2. I really need to post more. I think some of that stems from the fact that I haven't played in a while. When I get back from Taiwan I'll post more. I promise.
