You can remake the same account, you just will lose all your stats. I had this happen to me. Wasn't too upset about it though, since my record sucked and I haven't played multiplayer for a year or two now.

okay, good. i wouldn't be too upset if they reset my accounts stats right now. i have about a 46% win rate, all because my computer lags and i lag out of games!
