How exactly do you active the cheats that you have unlocked?

you know when you play a quick play and you move your little circle to your side then press x to enter option then go to game option and it will have how manny innings you want to play the time the game is going to be played and the weather it then also it will have the thing to use your cheats

So you can only use the cheats during Quick Play?

Before you start a game while choosing teams there will be an option to change your lineup and to change game settings (or something like that). Under the game settings bit you can activate your cheats there.
