steal a homerun? Not really sure what you mean by that but I'll take a guess.

1. you steal home plate, not a home run but you are stealing home. It's all about timing and luck really. You have to have the right timing to get a very good jump on the pitch, and be lucky enough to have the ball be a bad throw and it passes the catcher.

2. Inside the park homeruns. This can happen a lot, if you have a very fast runner running around the bases on a gapper with good positioning. As long as your runner is going to 3rd already when the fielder throws the ball, and the fielder has poor stats then the ball has a good chance at being over thrown. The fielder will try to gun you down at 3rd everytime, as long as you aren't 1/2 the way between 2nd and 3rd bases. If it's over thrown then you're on your way home and you get an inside the parker.

If you mean to rob a guy of a home run then it is all about luck a ball has to be just over the top of the fence and you have to jump up and the exact moment to cacth it
