i got cheat A in the rooftop battle and dont know how to activate it. i tried going to the inventory it doesnt let me do anything unless tell me what it is. what do i do???

And in the bridge how do you get to the glittering thing onn top i just cant seem to get there?!

FYI its the PC Version.
