It's been bugging me for far too long!

There was a movie I began watching when I was a kid. Maybe 8 or 9 years ago? I don't recall exactly how long. Anywho, I want to finish watching the movie.

From what I can remember the title may have had "lost" in it.
It was on TV and dealt with a family that just moved to a new house. I believe it may have been a ghost movie as I remember a scene where there was something non-existing scuttering under the parents sheets while they were asleep.

I think they title of the movie appeared when they began driving through some mountains. They ended up moving into a wooded area, and there was a mysterious neighbor.

You know, I have a vague idea of that....The title may be wrong, but I'm thinking "Cold Creek Manor"?

Probably not it though, but it was something I was thinking of.

It's not Cold Creek either. I just saw that about 4 months ago.
