So I just downloaded the L4D2 demo...Is it grainy for anyone else, or just me?

The entire demo for me is grainy and static, and it only gets worse from the start.

I guess I'll just re-download it or something, but it was so fuzzy I had no idea what was going on.

I've had to sell games and consoles in the past for medical bills and hated having to do so. Trying to avoid having to do that ever again.

I'm off next Tuesday and Wednesday due to Veteran's Day, but I'm not buying MW2 until it's cheap (playing MW1 online right now, actually). TLA and I kicked ass in the L4D2 demo for a couple hours, but we weren't able to beat the second level on expert. Fun experience, as I never played the first game. I'll look into it when it too is on sale for cheap.

Once again trying something new for CoD4 online as I still suck. Although I was kicking ass with my M21 semi-auto sniper rifle, I still had problems close range with it and my pistol, even with steady aim. So I replaced stopping power with overkill and made my main weapon the AK-74u, and now I'm kicking ass in close encounter fights. The rifle, even without stopping power, is good for long range headshots and killing people off with the ability to get off fast shots. I bet this game would be much easier for me if I had a widescreen HDTV. I still have problems seeing opponents before they see me

I just got an email from "Mastercard" saying I was a winner in a cash prize. £3.6 million pounds. Googled it and saw this. The email they provided is the exact same one I got, with the exception that the phone number and email was different.

South Park comes on in 30 more minutes, so in an hour I'll be on live for some more L4D2 if anyone's interested. Steely wanted to get a game going earlier. Usually he's online (but away) at nights. Dunno if anyone else would be interested.

That's fine, I doubt any of us are even going to buy it period. Not for a while at least. Btw, that smiley there, I made it. Took the "thick" smiley and used Microsoft Paint, then I figured out how to erase backgrounds in my other program I use to make shitty banners in Wrestling with. Isn't there a thread where we can upload smilies to try and get them into our official smiley database?
