No, you misunderstand. I think the game looks fantastic. I'm not like some of those morons in the L4D2 forum spouting "gameplay is too fast now, it sucks" or "gameplay is too slow now, it sucks" (wtf, right?) or complaining about the music, which is the same from the first game just with a southern influence behind it which makes perfect sense based on the setting of the game. Also those who say the graphics suck. They friggin kidding me? As soon as the actual game loaded up I could immediately tell the vast upgrade in graphics. Kids and their shitty ass tvs. To say the least, I was impressed with the demo. I loved how all the old SI came back, each with updated looks (I swear I've seen two different boomers, original one from the first game and one that looked like either a fat guy in a tank top or a chick, and no this isn't the Spitter with the long neck, it was a boomer but each time I've seen them they get blown up or spit on me too quickly). Being a sequel has nothing to do with it either. No the reason it's not worth $60 for me is simple... no game is worth $60 anymore.

Welp, I thought something was wrong with my L4D2 demo, so then I tried another demo...And it was grainy too. So I popped in Madden, and that was *bleep*ed up.

Turned the 360 off....Turned it backed on. Guess what I got?

Serves you right. You only *bleep*ing leave your Xbox running 24/7. I don't know how many times I've went to invite you to something and see "Away: 8 hours +" on your profile. My cousin did that shit earlier in the year and I kept warning him not to leave it running. Did he listen? Nope. Does he have a 360 anymore? Nope.

If the sequel is the same length and has the same amount of content as the first, L4D2 is not worth the $60 in my eyes.

Maybe when the price drops. Or through Gamefly (if you can even get it when it comes out)

I looked over my game collection and it's now about 95% that I won't get MW2. Quake 4, Lost Planet, C&C... even if you think all those games suck, fact is I own them and haven't finished (or played) them, so why go out and buy another game already? Plus I have to buy Darkside Chronicles soon.


Quake 4 multiplayer is awesome though. Everyone go buy that for $5.

I ended up picking up WET while GI Joe DVD shopping (animated series not recent film). Fun game. 'tis like Kill Bill or somesuch.
