You should get the two games bundled with a 360 already. Can't remember what they are, think it's still Lego Batman and some racing game. If stores aren't offering more games to be bundled with it (I believe last year some stores like Best Buy had 3-4 titles for their 360's) you should definitely get a bunch of games for cheap. I'm just hoping the rumors are true and the ones I listed make the cut. I hate it when I look in the ads and see all these retarded games that nobody buys anyways part of the Black Friday sale. Sam-Goody once had a huge DVD sale going on, movies for around $3 but they were all crap titles that went for $9 normal price anyways.

I've never shopped on the day after Thanksgiving, and I never will. A few times I had to work on the eve of it, as I worked nights at Wal-Mart. One year the day shift stood guard of covered displays through the middle aisles while customers lined up around them (wasn't supposed to uncover until 7am, and I was off to the side leveling frozen food endcaps and re-setting prices before I left for the day). One lady, 15 minutes early, starts throwing a hissy-fit, starts looking under the covers of the displays, and starts trying to buy things early, taking merchandise from the bottom of the display like a bitch. A worker goes over to ask her to stop and she goes batshit crazy and starts swinging, then gets into a yelling match with other customers before managers come to break it up. That was my cue to exit. Upon leaving right at 7am, people were shoving each other and getting into fights all over the place.
I will never shop on that day ------------------- ![]() ![]()

I've never done one before, so let me get this straight. I get to wake up early, which already would have me pissed off. Go stand in line for three hours, and maybe start a fight with some old people?
Holy shit, I'm so down for this.

Have you ever stood between a woman and the ridiculously discounted item she is bound and determined to buy? *bleep* that. Chicks on Black Friday are possessed man. They'll kill for that shit. Literally. You didn't ever read about the old guy who was trampled to death at Walmart last year, and he *bleep*ing worked there!
Seriously, this year, just browse the net or national news, there will be coverage of "incidents" all over the country.

I've been to one Black Friday sale with a friend for the experience. The women were easily the most insane there...

.. And I was actually thinking of buying my HDTV and PS3 on that day.
The PS3 can wait. I'll still get the HDTV though. I've been without a TV for almost 3 weeks now. I feel like I'm on crazy pills.

TV's are the one thing I would avoid getting on Black Friday. Some models are released specifically for that date alone, meaning once they're sold out, the stores wont carry them anymore because they're cheap. And I don't mean in price, I mean in quality. Refunds become a hassle after that if something goes wrong with them. If you could hold out, I'd wait until after the New Year when most chains liquidize their inventory to make room for the newer models. You should be able to get a nice TV for relatively cheaper price. But you also may get lucky and some stores could be offering a nice set for a good marked down price.

I feel like I don't even need a TV sometimes. I already have the VGA or whatever for my 360 in case I want to hook it up to my monitor, barely turn on the TV for anything otherwise.

Okay, after seeing multiple reviews for MW2, now I'm thinking of getting it new
For anyone that already has MW2 for the 360, how fun are you finding the multiplayer? ------------------- ![]() ![]()

I don't know, haven't touched multiplayer yet. I like to finish the game's offline stuff before jumping in online usually, unless it's co-op for the campaign, then I can do that online as well.
But yeah, single-player is pretty damn awesome thus far. -------------------

I'm about to finish off the single player in MW1, which I never got around to doing. I have a ton of achievements I never completed for the first game, which I may never complete
Edit - Just caught this image in an IGN review: Surely Tyrael's presence means Diablo has invaded the realm of Call of Duty, and will be fire novaing the shit out of us pesky humans. I hope this means I can perform headshots with my Necromancer's bone spears For those who don't know what I'm talking about: Yeah, so basically MW2 copied Blizzard's Tyrael design. Lol, well maybe they did it as a tribute to a great series, or I think it's just coincidental.
I liked my lightning-based 'Zon from D2. ^^ -------------------

Probably coincidental, but my buddy Stitch thinks maybe some from the DII development team worked on this game

Goddamnit, I don't know if I should go buy a 360 and MW2 now, or wait till Black Friday to see if I can get a discount on it.
