I saw this film last night and I have to say, it's pretty damn good.

This movie was a 10/10 up to the end. I have to say, the ending just killed it. With all the hype building up, I think they should have ended with a huge macho-gun-fest rather than what they went with. And I was hoping that

more brothers would die in a huge final gunfight

but no dice. Instead just seeing grandma on the steps was kind of a sell out.

But awesome movie. The gunfight at their home is right up there with the bank robbery scene from Heat as one of the best shootouts I've ever seen.

This movie was cool. Great story. Great action. Nice car chase in a blizzard. Cool shoot out. A bit emotional, and even a bit of comedy in there as well.

I give it a 9.9 out of 10.

I wasn't really sure about this movie. I mean it took me awhile before I went out to go rent this and then finally I just had to watch it. This movie kicks butt. The character Bobby makes me laugh a lot. He is so in your face all the time, and one of the smart ones. I also like it when Angel and his girlfriend are talking and Bobby always comes back with a smart ass remark.

Like PL stated the ending kind of killed the moment. I was thinking there would be this big gangsta war or something similar, but then again re-looking at the film you could kind of see that ending happening. Overall I rate this movie 9/10

I think this movie is one of the best of 2005, and also one of the best action movies ever made. 9/10.

Same here, both of those scenes were amazing.

Best action movie I've seen since Man on Fire and Bourne Supremacy. Four Brothers actually reminded me of GTA: SA, but it was very good. That's all I have to say about this movie.

You're starting to piss me off.

Four Brothers was top-notch. When I rented it, I had no idea what it was about, but I had heard people liking it. In the opening scene when I heard the second gunshot, I was like ohhhhhh my. Wasn't expecting her to die. BUT, that's what the story is about.

The action was good, especially the gunfight, best part of the movie. Worth a buy.

It was actually better than I expected, the acting was a little over the top at times, I thought mostly by Wahlberg, which is rare, I actually really like him most times.

I saw this movie when it actually came out in theaters, in Universal Studios, and watched it on TV about half a dozen times. Love every aspect of it. Characters are well-done, Wahlberg did a decent job and each of the four brothers had their interesting specs. It was quite sad when Jack died, and indeed the shootout scenes were nice. Andre 3000 made me lol at certain times, as did Angel's latino girl was a damn broad, got annoyed at her too. Villain was satisfying, lol'd when he forced one of his guys and the guy's wife to eat on the floor. If I could cop it on DVD I would, but I've seen it enough times so bah. I'd definitely check it out anytime it airs though.

Quite a good movie, some of the scenes were filmed in my old neighbourhood. My grandparents' house can be seen in the scene where one of the brother's talks the kid into taking Baby Ruth's to a guy's house. It was a pretty good concept, and it sorta reminded me of GTA San Andreas.
